Da Costa Shop delivers to consumers in these 25 countries. Here you can find which countries these are. The shipping costs may very depending on the weight of your order, the type of your delivery address and location. Further down this page the delivery methods will be explained. Below you can find the amount from which the shipping costs start per country:

Da Costa Shop will take great care in preparing your package for delivery and maintaining this delivery scedule. The orders will be offered for delivery on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

  • --- The orders that were placed between Wednesday and Thursday, will be offered for delivery on Tuesday.

  • --- The orders that were placed between Friday and Sunday, will be offered for delivery on Thursday.

  • --- The orders that were placed between Monday and Tuesday, will be offered for delivery on Saturday.

Estimated Delivery Time

Between 4 - 12 days; depending on where you are located and the time you order.

Free delivery

GRC, LVA, ROU, EST, BRG, FIN when your order amount is higher than € 249,00 you will receive Free shipping
For the rest of the EU countries when your order amount is higher than € 149,00 you will receive Free shipping
*Free Shipping does not apply for parts and areas within these countries where Da Costa Shop does not offer delivery as stated in the subtext " Restrictions: Areas for delivery" 

Shipment

All deliveries will be shipped with UPS and DPD. All delivery options provide you a Track and Trace number and are delivered to the address you provided. This Track and Trace number will be send to you by email when your order is offered for delivery so that you will not miss your delivery, providing you with the most trusted and highest quality services. Delivery varies depending on your choice for the shipping method. Ups has different pricing depending on the type of delivery address and the weight of the order. You can choose your home address as the delivery address or you can choose to have your order delivered at a company address where you work. In the last case delivery costs less.

Restrictions: Areas for delivery

Da Costa Shop deliveres in 25 countries that are members of the EU. There are restrictions in the delivery to certain parts or areas of these countries. Da Costa Shop does not offer delivery to the Exceptional EU areas excisting of:

The Shop does also not deliver to areas that are difficult to reach for delivery. To prevent disappointment you can check if delivery can take place at your location. Just add a random product to your cart and go to view cart. Here you can enter your Zip/ Postal code to select your shipping option. If by entering your Zip code the shipping options appear you can be certain that delivery can take place at your location.

If these options don't appear you can choose another delivery location. In case you are not located in an Exceptional EU area of the country and do not have another location where delivery can take place, you can send an email to requests@need4toys.eu to receive a quote for shipping. Keep in mind that the surcharges to these difficult to reach areas for delivery are high and shipping may cost over € 50, -. Do include the products that you would like to purchase with the prices offered in the shop. Da Costa Shop does not offer Free Shipping to these areas, but will take into consideration the amount of your order for the quote. 

Return Policy:

If you should want to use your right of withdrawal you are obliged to make this known to Da Costa Shop within 14 days after receipt of all the products.

You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice. You will then have 14 days left to return your product after cancellation date free of charge. You can return your product by using our Return Shipping Service Portal within the 14 days. Fill in the information, print the return shipping label and send it to our return address.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the Da Costa Shop with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible- in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the due amount within 14 days of registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return Exceptions

Clearly stated that this is not to be returned for the consumer ordered. Pay attention:
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

A. For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.

B. Which have been established by the entrepreneur in accordance with the specifications of the consumer;

C. Which are clearly personal in nature;

D. Which by their nature cannot be returned;

e. Who can spoil or age quickly;

F. Whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market on which the entrepreneur has no influence;

G. For newspapers and magazines

H. For audio and video recordings and computer software that the consumer has broken the seal.


Warranties defect or the wrong product

Da Costa Shop guarantees that the Products fulfill the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and on the date of the conclusion of the agreement existing legal provision and/or Government regulations.

A warranty by Da Costa Shop, manufacturer or importer does not alter the legal rights and claims that the Client can assert under the agreement with the Da Costa Shop   

If the delivered Product has been produced by a third party, the third party will provide the guarantee, unless indicated otherwise.  

Any defects or wrong products delivered must be reported in writing to Da Costa Shop within 2 months.  After the Client expressed wanting to make use of his right of withdrawal, the client shall return the product within 14 days to the Da Costa Shop. The consumer must prove that the products are returned in a timely manner, for example by means of a proof of mail delivery. Return of the Products must be made in the original packaging and new state. 

The warranty period of Da Costa Shop corresponds to the factory guarantee period. Da Costa Shop is not responsible for the ultimate suitability of the Products for each individual application by the Client, nor for any advice regarding the use or application of the products.     

The guarantee does not apply if:  

  • the delivered goods have been repaired and/or modified by third parties and/or the client;  

  • the delivered goods are exposed to unusual circumstances or otherwise treated carelessly or contrary to the instructions of Da Costa Shop and/or on the packaging; 

  • the inferiorly in whole or in part is the result of rules that the Government has asked or will ask about the nature or quality of the materials used.
